Condos For Sale at Big White

Condos make up most of what is for sale at Big White. They are strata-titled homes in the lodges and resort buildings around the village, and they differ more from building to building than most buyers expect.

Before you choose a unit, compare the building. Check how well the strata is run and funded, what the monthly fee covers, how far the building is from the village and the lifts, and what the rules say about renting and pets. Some buildings require a dedicated rental manager for winter rentals, such as Big White Central Reservations. Others do not. Dog limits are set by each strata's bylaws and vary by building.
